  • Make timely payment for services rendered

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Porter Brand Legacy Partners

  • Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services

5. Professional Relationship

  • The services provided by Porter Brand Legacy Partners constitute a professional therapeutic relationship

  • Services are provided by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

  • The therapeutic relationship is confidential and subject to professional ethical standards

  • Services are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment when such treatment is indicated

  • Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered

12. Governing Law
